Daniel Gomez is a highly experienced and driven healthcare executive professional with over 20 years of experience in operations. He has operated in roles like Healthcare Administration, Executive Director, Regional Operations Director, and Director of Plant Engineers.

Being a proud Boilermaker and ITT alumnus, Daniel prides himself on being from the Chicagoland area. He has a degree in both Construction Engineering and Business Management.

Daniel is married to his lovely wife Kristina, who manages intellectual properties for the University of Central Florida, and both share the joy of their two-year-old Jaxon, who has a promising future in golf and baseball. If Daniels’s stars align, he will see the Chicago Cubs win the World Series again.

Krisandra began her career in the healthcare arena as a Registered Nurse in the specialties of Orthopedics and Critical Care. She was the Executive Director for a large home health agency in Colorado. She received an MBA in finance. She has worked for Fortune 100 medical device companies as a consultant and has been published in medical journals and magazines. As a realtor, Krisandra has strong business acumen and proficient skills in negotiations and contract management.

My name is George Pinilla, I’m a skilled and well-versed facilities professional dedicated to providing life/fire safety management, emergency management, and a secure environment of care. 

I build TEAMS led by example to provide the best quality of service with a positive and professional attitude. I have had the honor to work for Viacom/MTV International, NBC Universal, as well as various larger healthcare facilities such as BRMC in Paramus, NJ, a short-term acute care facility with 934 beds, and Jackson Memorial South in Miami, FL. 

I have received over 20 FEMA certifications ranging from Incident Command to Disaster Management to hazards and other critical areas. I have received various awards in Best Building of the year award from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).  

Lastly, my biggest accomplishment is my children!  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as serving the community and making a difference every chance I can. 

As Director of Human Resources, Angela supports The Glenview’s talented and dedicated employees. In addition to recruiting staff, she oversees training, maintains personnel records, manages compliance audits, and more. She started with our sister community in 2005 managing human resources, payroll, resident billing, and other office responsibilities. She has worked directly with The Glenview since 2014.

Born in Tampa, Angela is a true Floridian who has lived in Naples since age 15. Angela enjoys spending time with her three children, including cheering on her son who plays goalie for his traveling high school soccer team. One of Angela’s favorite hobbies is scrapbooking because it allows her to preserve those special moments.

As Director of Wellness, some of Jenine’s responsibilities include: the Wellness Clinic, employee health and physicals, risk management, HIPAA compliance, and education. She is certified to teach Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders. Prior to joining The Glenview in 2005, Jenine has held nursing and management positions in skilled nursing, oncology, infusion, and hospice. Jenine received her nursing degree at Pasco-Hernando Community College and her bachelor’s degree in business from Hodges University.

Jenine has been a Naples resident since 1999 and has been married since 1984. She enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with family.

Judie Krupp is the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Premier Place. Judie received a Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology. As a Speech Pathologist for 27 years and Director of Rehabilitation Services for ten years, Judie inspires and motivates people to help them regain confidence, function, and healing. Judie joined Premier Place’s rehab department 18 months ago. Judie loves the teamwork approach to patient care and seeing significant advancement in regaining function by the people treated though rehabilitative services. She and her husband have five children.

As Director, Rachel oversees all of the dining experiences at The Glenview. She leads 35 staff members who are focused on providing first-class dining through individualized service to every resident and guest. In addition to initiating new dining programs and activities, Rachel assists residents with special event planning to help make their celebrations, family get-togethers, and benefits a success. More than 24 years ago, Rachel began as a server in The Glenview Dining Room before advancing through several supervisory and management positions, including Dining Room Manager. Rachel enjoys making people happy by going far above their expectations. With a background in healthcare as a registered nurse, she is uniquely qualified to promote residents’ overall well-being.

Kim Andrews-Dapper has lived in the Southwest Florida area for over 20 years.  Kim has been a registered nurse for over 25 years with a Master’s degree in both nursing and business administration.  Kim served in the hospital for over 15 years holding a variety of clinical leadership positions later to follow a career as Director of Nursing for senior living.  She is committed to providing excellence in service.  This dedication to her role has resulted in her being awarded for her achievements.

Kim is married  and has an 15 year old daughter active in  lacrosse for the Community School of Naples.

Dave understands how important one of life’s simple pleasures, dining, is to everyone’s day. He is happy to play a key role in developing relationships and making great, festive memories as an Executive Chef. He certainly makes life a little more delicious and special here at The Glenview!

Karan was born in Providence, RI and is thrilled to be working at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. She has a BFA in theater from Adelphi University and trained to be a classical actress. In college, she met the quintessential cabaret singer who changed her life forever. In NYC, Karan wrote, produced and performed one-woman cabarets. Her production company is Kabaeret Productions – a riff on her maiden name – KAran BAER.

She began her career in Lifestyle at Cascades in Estero. Some of the communities in which she has worked include Botanica Lakes; Pelican Landing; Tidewater by Del Webb; and Island Walk.

Karan joyously brings to The Glenview 19 years’ experience in the Lifestyle Industry. In her spare time, she writes a weekly Bible study for Grace Bible Church (Somerset, MA) a Bible study for children that she created to share on Facebook, and a column on Health and Wellness for “Estero Life Magazine.” Karan is married to a wonderful man who supports everything she does.

With over 20 years of dedicated service, Jamie is proud of The Glenview’s reputation in the community she loves. She troubleshoots any concerns residents might have by pointing them in the right direction. Jamie provides all the communications to the residents that come from the Board, Resident Council, and Patrick Noonan.
