At The Glenview, every resident has access to Premier Place — our on-site, five-star skilled nursing and rehabilitation health center — as part of their residency. When the need arises, whether planned or unexpected, you are already in priority position. No searching for availability. No navigating an unfamiliar system. No wondering whether the care will be good enough.
Your LifeCare benefit covers care at Premier Place for stays that can be used consecutively or in increments — including planned procedures. And if the time ever comes to transition to permanent residency at Premier Place, you pay a heavily discounted rate that reflects your standing as a member of this community.
The public daily rate at Premier Place is $693, or $21,500 per month as of 2026. As a Glenview resident, you pay significantly less.

The full continuum of onsite care includes orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and chronic disease management — all delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and physicians working in close coordination with your family and personal doctors. Should you ever need it, you will recover in a spacious private suite with chef-prepared dining, licensed nurses on staff around the clock, and 24/7 visiting hours — an environment designed for healing, not merely treatment.
